Among other things. [Like sending them to war.] But it's not completely unbearable. And the experiments are often more ridiculous than anything. [No sense letting her imagination get away with her. It's bad, but not horrific.]

Once or twice every other month. Usually for a week at a time.

...I don't know enough to draw a real comparison. Experiments back home were never carried out without the consent of the patient, and they were for my - the patient's well-being first and foremost.
